Translate "speaking peoples"

I'm trying to find or create a word in Sindarin to describe all the non-ainur speaking peoples of Middle Earth (elves, men, dwarves, but also ents and orcs). There may already be a term for this but I'm not aware of it. I'm thinking it would involve "pet-" and "waith" but I'm not sure how to make "ped" into an adjective? What would you suggest?

Rínor, out of academic curiosity, is there a reason why you didn't consider gwaith too, for gwaith bedol and lam i·'waith?

It never crossed my mind. LOL I tend to use and rim most of the time.

gwaith is a great suggestion as well.
