Quenya phrases of comfort

What would be some examples of things to say when calming or comforting someone, in Quenya?

So far I can only find "quildë" for hush, be still.

But does anyone know of translations for phrases along the lines of "it's alright," "you are safe" "i'm here" etc?

I'm very bad at Quenya so far but according to some research "Ná mára" could be used to tell someone "It's alright"
