rosta-
verb. to hollow out, excavate
A neologism created by Boris Shapiro in PPQ (PPQ) from the early 2000s inspired by N. rosta- of the same meaning (Ety/ROD). I think the attested word Q. felehta- from 1957 (PE17/118) might also mean “to excavate”, so I prefer it for purposes of Neo-Quenya.
