Compound formation in Quenya

Are there specific rules on how compound nouns are formed in Quenya? I. e., do roots get stuck together without endings or are words just stuck together?

This really isn’t a question that can be answered in a forum post. Sometimes you can get away with just putting words together, but more often than not there would be some further things to consider, and it gets quite complicated. My recommendation is to study Quenya grammar first, and study word forms you come across, to get a grasp of things. This could take months though…
