Trying to figure out how to properly say "Star of the West" or "Western Star" in quenya

You would get something along the lines of elen númeno or elen númëo. Tinwë númeno/tinwë númëo are also possible. You could also use elen númenwa/tinwë númenwa or elen númeva/tinwë númeva.
