Umin harya lúmë translation (Sindarin-English)

I just found this song on youtube but I can't find any translations for it, I'm struggling to learn Sindarin so any help with translation would be appreciated! The lyrics can be found here: www.letras.com . It's a relatively long song, so I won't put it all into the one message. This is the first verse, though:

Lóteriello tátanyassë

Lantar ninqui lassi loaiva

Yando lantar I loxenyanna

I mori lassi ahava

Pustanen quetë órenya

Lencavë rahtar mányat

I astonna hirien nat

Melinyë sí sambenya

I am not sure if that is Quenya. And it seems off to me but again I don't know Quenya. I do know Sindarin it is defiantly not Sindarin.
