Phrase of Thanks

Mae govannen!

I am translating the phrase "I wish to express my thanks" into Sindarin. What I have is Merin dano channaden, from mer- (to wish/hope) + -in (1st person conjugation), tana- (to show) + -o (infinitive suffix for verbs ending in a), and hannad (thanks) + -en (1st person possessive suffix.

Is this correct?

Mae govannen Ambarkas!

I would translate it as Merin tanad en·annad nín. I would use tanad as to express/to show is an infinitive verb and the possessive is nín.

tano would be Imperative.

Oh, and I am using the e/en (sg) and in (pl) from PE23 for the definite article "the"
