Translation request in Quenya

I am looking to get a tattoo and wanted this transcribed/translated into Tengwar

"After all this time? Always"

I'm a beginner in Quenya and I would heavily suggest that an expert looks over this translation before getting the tattoo. In English script, the Quenya would be:

Apa ilya lúmë sina? Illumë.

The Tengwar transcription would then be:

apa ilya lúmë sina? Illumë.
