I am looking for an elvish translation of

“To whatever end”

I want a tattoo and want to make sure it’s accurate

So for tattoos, the general consensus is that for anything permanent we suggest taking the English and transcribing it with Tengwar. What we offer may be rendered incorrect when new information comes out. 

Next what "Elvish" are you wanting Quenya or Sindarin? Those are two different languages in the Realm of Middle-Earth. Well, there are more but they are the two that we have the most information on. 

Now, I am only proficient in Sindarin so I can tell you there is no word in Sindarin for "whatever" so it would have to be paraphrased. Or changed in some manner. Hence why we suggest English transcribed with Tengwar.
