So, I think an expression meaning that would be:

meril en-amar or meril en-ennor

Collapsed into a personal name, perhaps:

Merilenamar

Merilamar or Merilennor

So for a personal name Sindarin would not use "of" in the name. With the new information we got about the definite article Meril en·amar. So it would be Rose [of] the world. Now if you use Ardhon it would not take an article because it is a proper noun. Meril Ardhon.

As for a name it would be Merilamar. Merilennor would be "Rose of Middle-Earth".
