What would the combination of lóte and -ndil be? I've got no clue on this one. I know Loth is Sindarin, so it wouldn't be showing up here. I'm trying to come up with a name for a daughter of Anárion (AU fic, per usual for me) and "lover of flowers" seems a good choice for a female name.
I believe in Quenya it would be lotendil/lótendil. But wait for others to chime in. I am not the best in Quenya.
Oh. That's surprisingly unpretty for a Quenya name. Especially for a name that means "lover of flowers".
Well, that is past my knowledge of Quenya. I know it would be Anóriel/Anoriel in Sindarin so I want to say yes. But please wait till others chime in.
