I think this would work. Could also be Otholorn as I see more names or combinations with the version Othol over Nathal, or maybe even Othrorn would work if you would take inspiration from Othramar (Stranger Home). But I don't see anything wrong with Nathalorn. That would mean Guest Tree, as no plural form is given.
