The phonetic changes from Gnomish to Sindarin

Kinnuch #4067

Hi there, I've just searched PE11~22 and VT39~50, but only PE11 offered some detail info about gnomish grammar and lexicon. sometimes proved words are only in gnomish and i need to convert them through phonetic adjustment to sindarin. How can i find such infomation? I'll be very grateful if anyone could help me🙏。

There are many Neo-Sindarin words adapted from Gnomish already. I couldn't tell you how it is done as I am not familiar with the Gnomish phonetic rules vs. Primitive Elvish, Ancient Telerian, Old Sindarin and then Sindarin. Would have to go through all the rules probably not. But that is the order they go.

And if you are not familiar with the language it can be a bit overwhelming.
