Page error

Hey,

does someone know the bug, that parf edhellen can only be used in incognito tabs?

When I try to use it in the normal tabs nothing works. Or at least almost nothing. I can open the website and enter words in the search bar, but even when I know this word exists and I have written it right, even when I use copy paste and take it from parf edhellen opened in an incognito tab ist does not work. And I can't sign in.

This is very odd! I've tested on mobile Safari and I haven't run into any issues.

What can you share about your device and setup? Do you use a lot of plugins? Do you see any error messages?

I'll dig into my logs too to see if there's anything attributed to your account.

I do see a lot of errors associated with your account, actually. There's an issue with your browser doesn't seem to be maintaining state.

I'm debugging a bit more to see what potential mitigations might be.
