A name for the people of Penlod in an early name list (PE13/104), a combination of thlim “race” and climbol. The meaning of this second element is unclear, but it might be related to climli “sky”. This name as alternate of Thlim Taul “Folk of the Pillar” but seems to have a different meaning.

Name for the people of Salgant in an early name list (PE13/104), a combination of thlim “race” and otherwise unattested salum “harp”. Salgant’s people were called the “host of the Harp” on LT2/173.
